Do you have a printed catalog?
We work very hard every year to bring the latest designs in wholesale jewelry to the market, thus our product styles and stock fluctuate throughout the year. Do you have a minimum order?
We have a $199 minimum wholesale order on items such as our wholesale steel jewelry and steel rings, and you may purchase as much as you want. However, we are a wholesale fashion jewelry supply business and we base our business on volume purchases in order to keep our prices low. Therefore we recommend that you do purchase at least $500 at a time. The reason we have a low minimum order is so new clients can place a small sample order to test our quality and services before purchasing a large order.
I would like to use your pictures when I resell your products, is it possible?
Yes, it is possible to use the copyrighted pictures of our items and it is one of the services we offer to our clients. After you place an order (complete checkout), you will see a green button called "D/L IMAGES" in the "MY ACCOUNT" section of our website. Clicking this button will allow you to save all the images of the products you purchased from us, easily and conveniently, in full size and without any watermark. All the images are archived together into a ZIP file when you click the button. Try it, it's easy! (Please note that you must complete your payment so that the download option will be available in the "MY ACCOUNT" section. If you placed an order with a non-instant payment method such as western union, the download will be available only after we receive from you a confirmation of your completed payment).
Are you affiliated with other wholesale jewelry comapanies outside of Thailand?
No. Our factory, offices, and all our main operation is done mainly from Bangkok and we are not affiliated with any other wholesale jewelry supplier.
Can you send me a printed catalog and price list?
One of our main goals is to provide our customers with a selection of the newest and most fashionable wholesale jewellery and accessories. Producing and printing a new catalog requires a significant amount of time, while by the time it is printed - the products in it are no longer new. It is also impossible to check current stock availability in a printed catalog.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our order processing time takes 3-4 business days, from the time of a cleared payment, for each internet order. We Ship with EMS, TNT and UPS EXPRESS their delivery time varies depends on the destination and the courier service you choose during your checkout.
